• $300 minimum opening order, re-orders as needed.

• Wholesale customers must have a valid tax ID for their state.

• Shipping is via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by customer.

• Pink Panache will consider "zip code protection" for an opening order of $750 or more. Pink Panache will do our best not sell to another retail location in the same zip code, or within 20 miles of an existing account in good standing. A 6-month period of inactivity will result in a loss of "protection" for that territory.

• Credit cards, money orders and business checks are accepted as payment. Business checks must clear the bank so please allow 10 business days after the check is mailed, before order is shipped.

• If any defects are found in your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item, but no refunds will be given.

• All pieces are hand made by Pink Panache, so slight variances in color and/or stones may occur.

• Prices are subject to change without written notice.
